Thanks to some refereeing that didn’t incorporate common sense, Unioto scored to tie the game with 1:48 left and scored the game winner on a PK with 1:44 left. The referee called for the clock to stop at 1:33, but it ran to 1:30. Teays’ coach appeared to have convinced him to put more time on the clock, which is fine, but he probably should have looked at what it was on the previous goal.

Anyways, it was a great HS soccer game, very physical in a clean way and obviously very exciting.
