You could argue that Wheelersburg is scheduling up this season. FAC is not a powerhouse thus far, Gallia looked good, maybe they were overlooked by the Ironmen? Western Brown has not played well this year, traditionally they have not been strong, maybe Jackson needs this game prior to the big game next week.

FAC is not a "powerhouse", but Chilly, Jackson, and Hillsboro have yet to lose, MT has one loss. I'd say that the league is much improved! Hillsboro, Chilly, WCH, and Jackson all have good programs with a chance to go to the playoffs. If three of the 6 schools make it to the playoffs i'd say that the league is very strong.

I do not know the records of the teams that Chilly, Jackson and Hillsboro have beaten. I believe Fairfield Union is 1-2 with a win over VC. Chilly does have a come from behind win in week 1, can't remember who. Hillsboro beat Western Brown by 2, who the Ironmen play tonight. We will see, how it all shakes out, but Ironmen win big tonight against Western Brown. Still not the SEOAL, but it is a league to be a part of, you are right if 50% of the FAC make the playoffs it would be something special.
