The passing game is just not there for Ironton.
The run game is up the middle I understand needing to mix it up but Ironton is killing its self in the shotgun formation.

I agree, the Shotgun is killing them right now, especially with a couple bad snaps that caused big losses. They need to get the big boys blocking and the big RB's running it up the gut to where them down a bit.
