Re: SEO TRIVIA QUESTION :
Ok, good start. Now, for some of you that haven't answered yet, here's 2 clues: 1. Played QB 2. Played for a HOF coach (don't wanna give you anything good yet, don't cheat & google) !!!!!

Re: SEO TRIVIA QUESTION :
Ok, 5 more hints and we'll let the answer out this evening. 1.) Didn't make all state, 2.) Won a state title, 3.) 3x MAC 1st team, 4.) Won a bowl game in college back when there were 8 or 10 bowl games only and 5.) Won the CFL Grey Cup his first year in the league. **DO NOT GOOGLE**

Re: SEO TRIVIA QUESTION :
Ok, thanks to all for playing along and kudos to those that remembered.
Answer: Chuck Ealey, Portsmouth Notre Dame, played for Ed Miller (yes the same one of Wheelersburg fame), went 18-0 @ Qb in 1966 and 1967 seasons after he started beginning 3rd game of Jr. year and won State title in 1967. Started soph thru senior seasons @ Toledo 1969 thru 1971 seasons, went 35-0 and back then the MAC Champion always went to the Tangerine Bowl which they won his senior year. Remember, back then freshman were not allowed to play or he may have started all 4 years but 1968 would have been tough anyway because that's the year Cleve Bryant and Todd Snyder from Athens led Ohio U. to the championship .

Re: SEO TRIVIA QUESTION :
I got a good one, I think.
What team, loosely considered to be “Southeastern Ohio” saw their hopes of a state title vanished by a controversial “quarterback pushing the runner” call late in the state title game? The hint for this question is that the game in question occurred in the last fifteen years.
Go ahead, if you know the answer.

Re: SEO TRIVIA QUESTION :
Amanda & Col. Academy in 2003 I believe. Ron Hinton was adamant and about got tossed. I went to most state games until around 6 years ago but that was a bogus call. I thought Ron was gonna have a heart attack right then and there. That kept them from their 3rd title and they finished 2nd the next year also I think.

Re: SEO TRIVIA QUESTION :
They are technically considered central Ohio because of conference and all but they border the Logan, Lancaster, Logan Elm districts and are 20 miles south of c-bus. The middle of Ohio north and south is really up around Delaware which is 20 miles north of c-bus. They are really SEO.
