Fairland 42 Rock Hill 35

Post by StolenTalents12 »

Rock Hills run game could control the clock and Keep the Dragons defense on the field for most of the game.

The Dragons offense could score very quickly each time they have the ball in this one. Over the years RH hasn’t had a very good pass defense. Fairland doesn’t have a real great run defense. This will be a close one. I’ll take the Dragons by 8

Im surprised no RH fans have any opinions on this one.

Fairlands defense has allowed 31 or more points in 3 games this season. How’s that defensive front? I know Rock Hill has a strong run game. BUT they’ll have to develop some type of passing game if they wanna compete with the top half of the conference. Predicting fairlands air game will be too much. Fairland 35-22?

Fairlands line on both sides of the ball is very weak. Luckily they have enough speed on the outside Lambiotte usually doesn’t have to hold the ball very long.

I agree with both of your assessments of Fairland up front. I watched a replay of the Ironton game and was amazed at how poor of an effort most of the offensive line gave and defensively they just stand straight up. Need a back up beeper in their rear to warn the linebackers that a wide load is backing to them. Turn over either way decides this one in a shoot out.

Dragons prevail in this one.

Agree with every post that has been made so far. If Rock Hill can control the clock with there strong running game, If Fairland can maintain and get enough offensive plays with there quick strike passing game, It may all come down as to who can get the most stops on defense? I guess that means we may have ourselves a good old shootout.Hope for an injury free game for both teams.

It’s suppose to be dry and they’re playing on turf. I initially took the Dragons by 8 but I’m gonna go change that to a 20 point win for FHS.

Haha fairland is not tough enough to defend against the run! But rh can’t shoot themselves in the foot every play

If the weather gets bad and we have rain, does that favor Rock Hill? Ive read where Fairland doesn't have a good run defense. It may also affect Fairlands passing game.

Dragons went up 21-0 then offensively went completely away from what was working & started fumbling left and right.

RH couldn’t stop a pass if their life depended on it. So fairlands plan was to run the ball 🤷🏻‍♂️

Dragons defense looked like a flag football team out there the whole 2nd half, softest defense in southern Ohio lol but they finally made a stop when it mattered.

Tough year for the Hill. I was told they had some good talent coming back this year. Hope they can get things turned around.

Yeah I thought they were loaded up. Their defense is giving up a ton of points. Other than South Point, they are in a fight to win any other game.

Best of luck to the Hill this season but more than frustrated with how the past 2 years have played out.

No, it sure wasn't but the foundation had been laid and that is what makes it unfortunate.

Lastly, I have watched 20 plus years of RH football.. rarely missing a game and cheering for every athlete out there. I have seen the highs and lowes...I have seen the building of a program. Fire Kinpp, 6 years ago and that is justified.. fire him after winning, play offs, leaders developing, and teams winning is just political. So, let me say his.. my son was part of building this program along with many other strong young men. I am always a supporter of RH but a very angry individual as ignorance and intolerance prevailed.

First off, its spelled "lows" not "lowes" (thats a Store Name) and secondly you cant even spell your name correctly. Go to Chesapeake with that negativity. Coaches can only coach, they cannot play for the athletes. Let them do their job and build...the prior coach had 10 plus years to build a "foundation". Its hardly fair to give the current coaches only 2 years before calling for their heads.
