They may have been underestimated by the 4 teams they beat who all seem to be underestimating most teams they play. Lmao. Burg will take no one lightly. But they will come out swinging for the fences.

I'm sure you noticed that it was his 1st post. Probably doesn't know anymore about OH than he does the Burg. This one is going to get ugly from the start, and will stay that way the whole game.Jolly P(irate) wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 1:21 pmThey may have been underestimated by the 4 teams they beat who all seem to be underestimating most teams they play. Re: Wheelersburg (4-1) @ Oak Hill (4-1)
With all the shout outs from the Wheelersburg fans, and all the negative output against Oak Hill, that they need to move to the Soc 2. The families, teachers, coaches and the players themselves have put in place a good football program over the last several years. Now the call is, you are too much you need to move. The quote is,they have simply outgrown the Soc 1. The BIG question is, with the huge number of players Wheelersburg has and their ability to put up as many points as they want when are you leaving the Soc 2 and how soon? You have simply outgrown the Soc 2. Go Bobcats.

Oaks have no business playing football in the SOC 1 against ND , Green East . They have more people in their band than ND has on their football team . Or in their entire school .

If that is the case being made wheelersburg has more players on the football team than some high schools band programs, so why is black beard any different?ManitouDan2 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 9:24 pm Oaks have no business playing football in the SOC 1 against ND , Green East . I guess you missed the content of the post. Same old preconceptions. I don't hear Oak Hill shouting out for themselves. Nobody was crying when they were not winning. Go Bobcats.

I stand corrected (actually I’m sitting) Clutters had 203 yards. Great game but not 303 like I read in the paper.

They still aren’t winning. . I agree with you on Burg outgrowing the SOCII. I think they should try an independent schedule in Football only. I don’t think many from Burg would disagree with you in that note. But it is a shame to have a DV school playing in the same conference as very small DVII schools. That is pretty pathetic.

I agree you cannot avoid the conference games, however I would've liked to Oak Hill moved back to the OVC because the teams in that conference were realative to Oak hills size and competition level.Jolly P(irate) wrote: ↑Thu Sep 27, 2018 9:09 pmThey still aren’t winning. . Are you sure you read the Topic right as to what 2 teams would be playing? It will be close right up until the opening kickoff to start the game.

The Oaks break the goose egg streak. That being said..they will claw and fight but the Burg is still too much.
Burg wins bottom line...how big...who cares. A win is a win..no serious injuries on either side and everyone gets home safe and sound. I got HS friends who call burg home for many years now.
