It all makes since then. That’s for clearing that up! Just can’t believe east is that small this year, wow! Last few years 40 plusmlittle wrote: Mon Sep 24, 2018 8:03 am14U wrote: Sun Sep 23, 2018 8:04 pm39-6 over Manchestermackdog wrote: Sun Sep 23, 2018 12:49 pm
I have no idea about the reasoning for his number of carries. I simply provided stats that were passed along to me. It seems to me it would be appropriate to simply applaud the kids effort and move along!
Nothing about the player. I congratulate him for this but with a lead like that I’m looking at the future of the team and let backups have their turn
East has no backups. I think they have around 15 players on their roster

Chillicothe's JJ harris 25 carries for 240 yards rushing and finished the game with 357 total yards and 3 touchdowns in a huge game vs Hillsboro
Re: Week 6 P.O.W. Nominations
Not sure of his total stats but Shoemaker of Waverly with I know 150 rushing yards and a TD, a couple nice punt returns, not sure how many tackles on defense but the game winning pic 6 of around 80 yards with Valley driving and the score knotted at 28.
Re: Week 6 P.O.W. Nominations
Jackson’s Brody Landrum
He’s played nearly every snap both ways all season....but before Friday had never carried the ball. With injured backs out due to injury Landrum rushed 15x for 198 yards and 3 TD, also 1 reception for 55 yards

Ironton Sophomore - Reid Carrico - 21 carries 234 yards - 2 TD's vs Chesapeake, not bad considering he plays both ways.

Re: Week 6 P.O.W. Nominations
I have noticed all these nominations are offensive stats.
I have a nomination for a defensive performance.
Northwest freshman linebacker Evan Lintz.
15 tackles 3 sacks.
He has 64 tackles in 6 games. The youngman is a tough hardnose kid that has a bright future.
