Answer: Gene Slaughter, coached @ Jackson (mid 50's), Warren Harding (late 50's), OSU 60, Capital University (61-86). He coached Paul Warfield (Browns, Dolphins) in high school. Woody came to watch the last Jackson-Wellston thanksgiving day game in 1954 when both were undefeated and ranked in the Top 10 in the state of Ohio.
