Re: Prime time players
Wow 41 carries PHS is just asking for Parker to either be injured or just wore out. I know he has all the talent and is the best back in scioto county but sheesh 41 touches !phstrojans1111 wrote: Fri Oct 12, 2018 11:28 pm parker 360 5TD's

I guess you’re just supposed to give your best player 10 touches a game, not worry about winning.

Standing ovation from me. Prayers to your younger son and familymlittle wrote: Sat Oct 13, 2018 11:53 am My prime time player is my son Isaac Little from Piketon.
His brother was taken to the emergency room Wednesday and was diagnosed with an aneurysm from a hit he took in a peewee game. He had successfull surgery Friday morning and is recovering but Isaac was there 2 days with him sleeping in chairs and supporting him the whole time. Brought him home late Thursday night only to wake him up at 5am game day to be there for the surgery. Had about 8 hours of sleep those two days and a lot of driving back and forth to children’s hospital. He played every single down Friday night. Every offensive play, every defensive play, and every punt, punt return, kickoff and kick return, and 2 pt. Conversion. He didn’t have monster stats. 3 carries for about 15 yards and 4/5 catches for 40/50 yards and 2, 2 point conversions. With everything he went through since Wednesday I just don’t think it gets more prime time than that!

Re: Prime time players
I didn’t know how my Tigers would respond to the Wheelersburg thing last week but I think it was a good thing. It woke them up and made them more determined. Two punting miscues lead to 13 of West’s 19 (one being a punt block returned for 6). The Tiger defense was on a mission unlike any I’ve seen in a while.

Re: SEOPS Players of the Week
Glad to see someone post this. I keep an eye on him every time he touches the ball. Something special can happen anytime he does. Also he had 2 goals in the Varsity soccer game on Thursday.packers80 wrote: Sat Oct 13, 2018 9:24 am Freshman from Northwest, 15 carries for 237 yards, 3 td's and 9 tackles. Brayden Campbell, keep an eye on him.

Yeah I second that vote for Salyers. That's pretty darn good stats for under 16 minutes of play!Proud_Pirate63 wrote: Sat Oct 13, 2018 9:06 pmTrent Salyers went 9/10 for 255yds and 5 tds in under 16 minutes of work.buckeyenation wrote: Sat Oct 13, 2018 6:57 pmaweee!
