Re: Region 27 #5 Berne Union @ #4 Waterford
Tough draw for the Wildcats.
Field at Waterford is in terrible shape. OHSAA should move it to Marietta but I doubt that happens.
Would like to pick the Wildcats but I don't think they can get the win. Picking Berne Union.
Good luck and good health to both teams.

Keep in mind that Waterford got beat by 30 by the TVC CHAMPS and that best running back in southeast Ohio had 8 carries for 12 yards agenst them pulling for Watertown!!!Kendog029 wrote: Sun Oct 28, 2018 4:26 pm Both teams finished second in their conference.
Will find out which conference is tougher here.
Mid state conference (I guess it’s still called that) has 3 schools in region 27 and Hocking has 2. Seen both play and way I see it:
Qb: Waterford
Rb: pretty equal but slight advantage Waterford
Wr: Waterford
O line: BU
D line: close I’ll go BU as a whole but Stephens is best D lineman in this game though.
Secondary: Waterford
If weather is decent Waterford should be able to pass effectively and get the win, but in a downpour like this past Friday it will be toss up and come down to turnovers.
I am not a Burrows fan but, I am a BURROW fan!
Re: Region 27 #5 Berne Union @ #4 Waterford
So...Lets say Waterford gets the slip over berne union... who thinks waterford could pull it off against lucas? Lucas seems to be very good.
Re: Region 27 #5 Berne Union @ #4 Waterford
Ol ken dog here doesnt know what talent the waterford offensive line has apparently. Not saying they are the best ever. But certainly better than BU... worthington christian were all over the backfeild.Shotgun red wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 9:31 amKeep in mind that Waterford got beat by 30 by the TVC CHAMPS and that best running back in southeast Ohio had 8 carries for 12 yards agenst them pulling for Watertown!!!Kendog029 wrote: Sun Oct 28, 2018 4:26 pm Both teams finished second in their conference.

I'm not sure if anyone in 27 will be able to handle Lucas after there win against Lima central catholic but if waterford gets the opportunity to face Lucas I'm. Sure the wildcats will give it there allInReality wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 11:06 am So...Lets say Waterford gets the slip over berne union... who thinks waterford could pull it off against lucas? What a great insight on this playoff game you have! What does Trimble v Waterford have any bearing on this thread? That comment just made me change my mind no doubt about it. I thought the tomcats were king of hocking? They are awfully proud to finally beat Waterford. Here it is week 11 and this Tomcat is strutting around like a rooster in front of a hen house a month later. Congratulations again to Trimble I posted that on the Trimble v Waterford thread a month ago but I guess you need to be congratulated on every post on SEOP.Shotgun red wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 9:31 amKeep in mind that Waterford got beat by 30 by the TVC CHAMPS and that best running back in southeast Ohio had 8 carries for 12 yards agenst them pulling for Watertown!!!Kendog029 wrote: Sun Oct 28, 2018 4:26 pm Both teams finished second in their conference.

Realistically, very few people. Lucas seems absolutely loaded. But, that’s why they play the games.InReality wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 11:06 am So...Lets say Waterford gets the slip over berne union... who thinks waterford could pull it off against lucas? Lucas seems to be very good.

I was just pointing out that two 2nd place teams don't deside who has a better conference but hey thanks again!!!Kendog029 wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 2:02 pmWhat a great insight on this playoff game you have! Re: Region 27 #5 Berne Union @ #4 Waterford
I agree 2nd place teams will not decide who has the best conference neither will how many yards Belleville got against Trimble . Waterfords line must play better if we are going to pull off the winShotgun red wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 2:55 pmI was just pointing out that two 2nd place teams don't deside who has a better conference but hey thanks again!!!Kendog029 wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 2:02 pmWhat a great insight on this playoff game you have! Please enlighten me as to how your comment referred to either team being in second place in their conference or which conference is better? Trimble will be playing a team from the same conference and if Trimble wins will probably play another team from same conference. So yes we should find out which conference is better. Not only from this game but all involved.Shotgun red wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 2:55 pmI was just pointing out that two 2nd place teams don't deside who has a better conference but hey thanks again!!!Kendog029 wrote: Mon Oct 29, 2018 2:02 pmWhat a great insight on this playoff game you have! If the field gets worse would iT get moved to Marietta? If not there then where would they go?EasternDspy wrote: Sun Oct 28, 2018 9:42 pmThis idea was thrown at me by some Waterford fans. Serious question. What happens Waterford doesn't move the game, and the officials come in and say the field is unplayable? What happens then?
