Re: Region 16 #5 Waverly @ #4 Indian Hill
I want to wish the Waverly Tigers football Players and Coaches the best of luck. I am proud of YOUR team and what they have done over the past few years. Make all of Pike County proud and come out with the WIN. Kick butt Tigers, like you have done all year. Waverly wins by 14

Just in that short clip there, it looked like a good bit of read option. Aiken seemed to be more run heavy than pass, just based off the clip and stats at the end of the video.

Doesn’t look like a whole lot of visitor seating......

Weather looking good for Saturday. Anyone know what restaurants are in the Indian Hill area?
Re: Region 16 #5 Waverly @ #4 Indian Hill
Nothing in Indian Hill proper but you can find whatever you need between Waverly and Indian Hill. What kind of food do you want, what price point? I'm local and can give recommendations.

We were hoping to eat as we got within 15 or 20 minutes of the field. A nice sit down restaurant with good food. Not fast food. Around $15 or $20 for a good meal. Is there an Old Charleys in that area. Boy are they good! Thanks so much

You have many options at 32/275 (Eastgate) and then you have Milford.toast wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 5:59 pmWe were hoping to eat as we got within 15 or 20 minutes of the field. From Chillicothe we are going 35 to 71 and down.

Midwest Best BBQ had been ranked in the top 25 in the nation for BBQ. It's awesome.toast wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 5:59 pmWe were hoping to eat as we got within 15 or 20 minutes of the field. In Eastgate there is an O'charleys, Applebee's, and Longhorn.
Milford has BW3s, Roosters, Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse,
Both have decent Mexican places.

Just learned the young man is out for this one....
Re: Region 16 #5 Waverly @ #4 Indian Hill
Sorry to hear that! It's been next man up all year for the Tigers, as you've lost starters from the beginning and throughout the year.
Re: Region 16 #5 Waverly @ #4 Indian Hill
It's 12 minutes from the school to Midwest Best BBQ. It's pretty awesome. If you choose that, I would call ahead
Re: Region 16 #5 Waverly @ #4 Indian Hill
Yep, I forgot about Eastgate and all the restaurants. We'll find something there for sure...Thanks! Superman: Thanks for the info! Sounds really good.smurray wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 6:08 pmYou have many options at 32/275 (Eastgate) and then you have Milford.

Finally almost game day. It looks like it is going to be perfect weather come kickoff! Happy to see the community came together to support the team by donating money so they could ride in charter buses tomorrow.
The big question is, can the Tigers finally get that playoff win that they have been working so hard towards since 2016? I believe it can be done, but it will take an enormous effort for 4 quarters. My biggest concern is the line of scrimmage. For the Tigers to win, I don't believe they have to dominant the line (Indian Hill is too good up front to expect that), they just need to find a way to hold their own and not allow them to dominate us. Waverly has thrived on the big play/quick score all year long. The offense needs to come out firing on all cylinders. I think Indian Hill is going be able to find ways to score on the Tigers D, but if Waverly is able to run their offense effectively and get in the end zone I think that the Defense will be able to come up with a few stops. I know the Tigers have showed much improvement on the defensive side of the ball the last few weeks, but Indian Hills offense will be a couple notches higher than what they have been playing against.
Win or lose, the community is so proud of the entire program! It is an honor to be able to make the trip over to Indian Hill and cheer on these boys in week 11. Hope to see many Tiger fans do the same!

I’m The IH QB’s dad. I want to extend a big welcome to everyone at Waverly and congrats on earning a playoff appearance. I look forward to a fantastic game and perfect football weather. This is a great matchup and all I pray for is a legendary, but safe game where everyone (especially Seniors) goes home knowing they were in a great battle, but walked off the field leaving everything they could have done to win.
Midwest BBQ is awesome. They recently moved to a strip mall at I-275 and Wards Corner exit.
