Re: #3 Trimble vs #2 Harvest Prep
From the WXTQ Sports page:
"Stout defense, shutouts, mohawks and November football – it seemed only fitting we bring back the same crew that covered a lot of those incredible Trimble playoff games back in 2013 & 2014. On Saturday night Ryan Boyd, a broadcast journalism graduate and current Ohio football color commentator, will handle play by play duties. Joining him will be 1988 Trimble graduate and former Tomcat football player Rusty Martin, aka The Sultan of Smack. We have a special night planned from high atop the field in the press box at Chieftain Stadium when former Tomcat and current Oak Hill head coach Nathan Dugan joins Rusty as they pay tribute to Trimble hall of famer Joe Wright, who unfortunately passed away recently, during the pregame show (which will go on early at 6:30). You can tune in to all of Saturday night’s festivities on 105.5FM or via the online stream and phone app at wxtq.com."

Trimble 30- HP 13 figure HP for a few fg. Not being disrespectful it’s just that Trimble is that good.

I spoke to a BU coach last night at Waterford he says Trimble shouldn’t have much trouble with HP. BU gave them a close game and Waterford handled BU pretty easily. Trimble handled Waterford. That’s just what others saying. Pulling for Trimble to win.
BU scored in the first quarter then never again. Not really much of a close game.

It's K-12, Private and basically Columbus East side and kids of parishioners of the "World Harvest " church . The Church is bigger than the school. I live about 10 minutes from the school and I would venture to say since i used to work with and talk to couple of parents that had kids (basketball, football players there) that if they attended their home public schools here in the area geographically most would attend Independence, Walnut Ridge, Reynoldsburg, Groveport Madison, Marion Franklin, Reynoldsburg and Pickerington schools all of which are within a 5 to 20 minute commute from the school & church .
no we don't what is the drill

Re: #3 Trimble vs #2 Harvest Prep
Also, Canal Winchester, Bishop Hartley, Africentric, Columbus Eastmoor, Licking Heights.... Read a post that they will only bring 100 supporters. Wrong! Then read they chartered 2 buses in previous years. Correct! You also have to realize that Logan is not that far from the SE (Canal Winchester) side where the school is located. They will bring supporters. IMHO.. don't dismiss the Warriors. Someone may have covered this question but I hope it's streaming on the Internet. I'm checking right now. May the best team win!FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Thu Nov 08, 2018 9:36 amIt's K-12, Private and basically Columbus East side and kids of parishioners of the "World Harvest " church . Re: #3 Trimble vs #2 Harvest Prep
So if by the R word you mean recruiting like most idiots think let’s break this down. How many parents do you know who are going to pay $6400.00 a year for their kid to play football for a division 7 program in the smallest division of the conference? And not everything named was a district. Most of those were schools. Afrocentric as well as Eastmoor are 15 miles from Harvest prep not right around the corner. Pickerington North is a 25 minute drive from Harvest prep not right around the corner. No one is selected to play at Harvest Prep. They need to apply to the school and be accepted If I was looking to have my kid recruited it would not be at a division 7 I would think I would try to move into a district with a powerhouse such as Pickerington. Also I would hope you guys are aware of ohsaa transfer rules that state as of this year a transfer could play the first half of the year but not the 2nd which would be playoffs. So who would want to transfer and lose eligibility for half a season for a division 7 in the smallest division of the conference. But I guess if Harvest Prep was losing all this wouldn’t be an issue.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Fri Nov 09, 2018 6:58 pm(Africentric, Harvest Prep, etc., shall we say selective student athletes instead of the "R" word ?)effyou wrote: ↑Fri Nov 09, 2018 4:35 pmFANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Thu Nov 08, 2018 11:01 am
