Cuyahoga Heights Football program I know nothing about, But going off State Ranks Trimble Ranks higher then CH in all categories, I know this means nothing come GAME time, But the Ranking are set by who teams has won/ Lost too, +Div.1-7 Also from what I'm hearing is that Lucas is a better football team the CH, So if your a Lucas Dan can you verify that ?

Hey Trimble Nation...despite some posters' behavior, this is who Lucas really is...

Mad respect for your team and your program. To be the best you gotta beat the best. Looking forward to the day we do so.

Good luck the rest of the way.

Why fix something that ain't broke? The train keeps rolling!!
Agreed. Wright, Kittle, and Kuntz are three of the best running backs we have seen this fall.
#'s 10 and 12 weren't bad for running backs. But none of he others really did anything. 40 had one run and 8 had a couple catches but other than that Lucas dominated the game. Just gear up to stop the run and pass the ball against them and you'll be fine. They didn't want anymore of Jeb Grover and they still can't stop the pass. Logan Niswander was giving them fits through the air, just like last year. Not sure why coach Spitler ever went away for those two but it cost us the game. Sometimes I think these guys out coach themselves. That and some questionable calls were the difference. So pass the ball and play run defense and stick with it and the game is yours for the taking.
Really curious after reading about this domination and how Trimble really did nothing. Why is Lucas not playing Saturday night and Trimble is?

I will admit I don’t know much about CH. What are their strenths? Are they a passing team? Running? How is their defense?
I have been watching the site to see what the opinions are but the whole thread has been about Lucus

I watched Cuyahoga Heights game from the other day. From what I gathered we can run on them and they play soft coverage so if we elect to pass the quick hitters are there. There not as fast as we have seen. There about same size as Lucas

well they can run or throw the ball pretty good but I think are defensive ends will cause some problems for the QB

Unfortunately for the Cats the scouting report made note of that. HP listened and almost pulled off the win. Lucas was too arrogant and too leery of the to to listen, like it could be from a double agent or something. If CH pays attention to the information they've received it will be a long nite for Trimble.

I think Trimble can and will win the game. It's just hard to gauge how good Cuyahoga Heights is since I've never seen them play(other than film)and there are no common opponents, but based on scores they've given up some points. So that alone gives me confidence

Let’s be real. We don’t play that hillbilly brand of ball that you little guys do down south.

Go ahead and keep the bus warm. At least then ride home will be comfortable.

Watched last 2 games I think that we have played 2 better teams then CH.We can run and pass on them.Their running game to me not as good as HP or Lucas. Our Defense should shut the run down.Number 4 is their lead RB.Number 2 is QB he can throw. Trimble plays their game and don't fumble like last week their going to Canton Ohio for the finals.

Cuyahoga Heights has 2 RBs, 1 out of the Slot... Both 4.43 speed. Very quick 1st step. Both Trimble and Cuyahoga Heights Lines are comparable. They have a QB that is a very good accurate passer and 4 WR's that can catch and run fast after they catch the ball. They don't throw deep... Dink an dunk which means the DE will have to read the play. Stats say he has only been sacked 6 times all season. How accurate that is who knows. On defense, they have great CB's and Safeties with speed and hands. Last week the Safety had a 93 yard TD pick six. He also has 4.5 speed and is 6'3 220 pounds.
Their LB's are small but hit hard and forced 18 fumbles this year. If they get in on the QB, it could be a long day as they are punishing hitters. Their containment is excellent and don't over pursue, they will wait for the offense to make a mistake and then impose their will. DE's are LB's and fast and very good tacklers. 1 LB will spy the QB leaving the other 3 to make the tackles on the RBs. Their special teams are solid, Return specialists are 2 RBs and the QB. Punter has a 45 yard average. Kicker has made 3 FGs from beyond 40 yards. They block a lot of extra points and FGs. If I was a betting man... This game will come down to turnovers or the last position. If you turn the ball over against the Redskins, you will lose by 10 or more. If you don't, it will come down to who has the ball last. Their offense can either elect to run the FB all game or Pass all game with 4 WR sets. If they mix it up it may be a long night for the TomCats as they are extremely fast and athletic on offense as all of them run track as well.

Last thing... This was supposed to be a rebuilding year for the Redskins as they only have 1 returning starter on Defense and none on offense. So Trimble will have their hands full.
