Baltimore

Cleveland

the bengals are in last place because of a loss to the browns, although they have the better record. the bengals looked very good despite so many key injuries yesterday in a win over the raiders. although the raiders are 3-11. and the bengals now are 6-6. the best the bengals can possibly finish is 8-8. but that is going to be a tall task with their last 2 games being on the road against afc north rivals 1st away at Cleveland, followed by away at pittsburgh next week. I thought the bengals lokked vey inspired yesterday after a heart breaking loss to the chargers last week in an away game.

Re: BATTLE FOR OHIO RD. 2. BENGALS @ BROWNS.
Browns still making unforced penalties and the penalty that Calloway made just running his mouth to show off. The Bengals got some confidence last win. They played alright but still make the unforced penalties as the Browns do. Boyd going out left the WR's very inexperienced. John Ross can't block so push them in the back so they can make the tackle. Then I get a penalty. He needs to be released. He is not ready/wants to do what is needed for the NFL.
The Browns before after a big win had a big let down. The Bengals hopefully playing out the last of Marv. If the Browns can get pressure on the Driskel. That forces him to complete tough passes. Browns with a slight edge to maybe 2 TD win.

I dread this game. Browns coming off two wins (when was the last time you could say that) and feeling cocky against a Bengals team trying to get revenge. Just seems like the perfect place for a young team to let up on the gas.

I hope so dazed. I don't know what to think as a Bengal fan. do I want a win or loss the next 2 weeks. only because I'm shakin like a cat crappin razor blades about the marv situation. a win in either game could get him a 5 year contract extension the goofy way mike brown runs a team.

You guys need a clean break from Marv. If he moves upstairs, he'll keep Hue in some capacity. You don't want that, believe me.

Browns by 2TD's. Maybe more if Ward is healthy. The Browns pass D is woeful without him. Ward and Mitchell back on the field together will be a big boost to that secondary.

I'm pleased with what I am seeing with driskell as the backup to Dalton. he's a horse of a man with a great arm, great escapability, and running potential and manages a game very well. I watched him a lot in college and hope he stays healthy. I'm not sure who the next option is after him.

Read an article that Dre Kirkpatrick saying that Marv should be back next year. That it is not his fault but the players fault. That Marv is coaching his heart out.
To me that shows that the players are to comfortable with Marv. They have had years to be responsible for playing right on the field. As well as Kirkpatrick getting paid to much for his production. I remember he was around 30th in the NFL rated Cornerback. Al Davis said that coaches should coach 10 years then move on. Hope Brown understands that and moves on or get use to seeing empty seats at games.

Dalton has some very good value as a trade with a weak QB draft. Dalton a good fit in Jacksonville with the running game and strong defense.

HONESTLY I HOPE THIS IS THE END OF THIS EXPERIMENT. AND YES I WOULD TRADE DALTON AND DRAFT A QB WHILE I COULD STILL GET SOMETHING FOR HIM. HE'S LONG IN THE TOOTH AT THIS POINT.farmer wrote: Fri Dec 21, 2018 10:04 am Read an article that Dre Kirkpatrick saying that Marv should be back next year. I didn't mean draft a QB because it is a thin class coming out. If Driskel has shown enough.I would still check on last years draft pick Logan Woodside who is signed by San Antonio of the new league AFF. As well as others. Since that league wants to develop players for the NFL and run by football guys. They were high on Logan as well as others. His DUI didn't help but hopefully he got that straightened out.
