If I had to rate all of the Division IV Southeast Ohio teams (assuming all are completely healthy come tournament time), I would rank them like this:
1.) Coal Grove
2.) South Webster
3.) New Boston
4.) Green
5.) Trimble
6.) Whiteoak
7.) Ironton St. Joe
8.) Waterford
9.) Peebles
10.) South Gallia
11.) Leesburg Fairfield
12.) Reedsville Eastern
13.) Southern
14.) Clay
15.) Symmes Valley
16.) Federal Hocking
17.) Manchester
18.) East
19.) Miller
20.) Notre Dame
There's a few I could move up and down a spot or two, but for the most part this is where I'd rank them.

Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
Yeah, didn’t have Hamilton hardly that game with injury. Whiteoak has also defeated Peebles and they won at New Boston...how did Peebles do vs New Boston? There are many factors and so so so many games that will flip flop these teams all over the place. Right now Peebles and Whiteoak are super close in where I’d have them, likely back to back.....may be a bit more separation by seeding timeTravel_ball wrote: ↑Tue Jan 08, 2019 4:37 pmDidn't peebles beat white oak by 25bbjunky81 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 08, 2019 11:06 am If I had to rate all of the Division IV Southeast Ohio teams (assuming all are completely healthy come tournament time), I would rank them like this:

Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
Peebles had pulled out to 13 point lead when Hamilton got injured in that game.Peebles was hot and Whiteoak wasn't. First game was closer than 9 point win. Peebles didn't have two players available the first game. Only one player had ever played varsity. If Peebles is hitting from outside they will give anyone a good game. They are a work in progress ,but ; will be ready for tournament. These kids will all be together at least one more year. Most two more years. Josh will grind out a good tournament team. Good luck.

How I would predict seeding would go if seeding were today: (Reminder, draw isn't until February 10th)
1.) New Boston

3.) Ironton St. Joe
4.) Fairfield
5.) Peebles
6.) Whiteoak
7.) Clay
8.) Manchester
9.) Sciotoville East
10.) Notre Dame
I think most teams would be fine with that.

Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
Peebles finally gets some home games coming up after playing a majority of previous DIII teams. With this young team I feel good that we could come into the home stretch at about .500. losses to Whiteoak early season when they were full strength, Eastern Brown,West Union,North Adams,New Boston,Western Pike, Chesapeake all but one loss away. All but one team in Pfloyds current top 30 or so. Remaining games for Peebles.:
ports clay Tuesday away,Notre Dame friday home, Fayetteville home, make up game Clermont Northeastern home,Manchester away, federal Hocking home,Manchester home,Ripley home and finish with Fairfield away. It's great to get 6 of next 9 at home to prepare for tournament . Go Indians.

Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
Really it's just what Peebles team shows up. You can tell there young when they play a good game against Peak was close until 4th quarter and then barley beat west.Hoopie74 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 20, 2019 11:48 am Peebles finally gets some home games coming up after playing a majority of previous DIII teams. Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
Whiteoak lost their 8th out of 9 but took 16-2 D3 Ripley to the wire tonight.
Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
Ok...East just beat Manchester by 15, Manchester won at Whiteoak, Whiteoak won at New Boston
So therefore East > New Boston
So therefore East > New Boston

Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
New Boston has beat East twice, second time scoring 100. The win tonight for East I think will help them move up a spot over Manchester.
Re: Division IV Sectional @ Northwest
I know. Should be an interesting sectional, several teams really struggling but could be an easy trip to Convo for some and I’d avoid SW and CG....an easier District semi game as well.Tartanblue wrote: ↑Sat Jan 26, 2019 10:55 pm New Boston has beat East twice, second time scoring 100.
