Fairfield seemed to get frustrated early in the second quarter and it only got worse as the game went on. They are a very good team that has very good coaching staff.
Tonight LE just really stepped up the defense and controlled things.

Fairfield Union is well-coached and has a good, not great team. Conley, in my opinion, is the top player in our league, and he was held to eight points, all in the first half. Can handle the basketball, get to the rim, create for his teammates and also grab a few boards.

Logan Elm handled the basketball fairly well tonight and its defense was pretty good. Fairfield Union had an off shooting night, but give some of that credit to the Braves.

Logan Elm has beat all three teams tied for first in the MSL, while starting four sophomores. Not a bad coaching job, and the players are clearly improving and playing their tails off.

Great game plan by the LE coaching staff. it was a fun game to watch. where did you go Travishill22? always funny how you bash LE then when they win and prove you wrong once again you are nowhere to be found. Go Braves

I think he is following a different team now, maybe TV since they have a better record than LE does right now or maybe he is boycotting LE until they recruit taller players with their new school and get rid of Stiverson.

wow didnt see this one coming...especially after FU beat them fairly easily at home earlier in the year...MSL is brutal everyone beating up on each other.. FU still has a pretty good shot at the MSL title with some very tough games coming up... Hamilton, Teays Amanda, Circleville and Liberty union
Go Falcons

The MSL is down this year . LE with their coaching staff will be dangerous for every team in the league. Like someone said these SO are more like JR at this stage of the season . Still some ups and downs but watch out when they are SR. Stiverson has to love working with this group .

It is a mix of both. FU pounded LE earlier in the season, so it’s still an upset.

FU also has had a couple of clunkers this year, so it isn’t terribly surprising. They still have some nice talent and are really well coached, so they are dangerous. Just susceptible to an upset without a kid like Woodside.

Hard disagree on the MSL being “down”; there’s just parity across the board, top to bottom.

MSL is, and arguably generally has been, the best boys hoops conference covered on SEOPS. Full stop.

Agreed. There’s rarely if ever a night off in that league and that’s year after year.
