... Tough next to last week of rankings at the top ! Wheelersburg @ 22-0 ... Logan @ 16-3 ... I HAD to go with a strength of schedule in this one ... Logan this week beat Sheridan/Athens/@ Warren in a 5 day span ... Warren, after beating Chillicothe AT the Hat in Chilli Friday night ... Logan still has one to play in the regular season Monday night vs Columbus Bishop Hartley (the #4 seeded D2 team in the Columbus Central District for the post season) should be a dandy AND will more than likely decide on the fate of the Elite 8 final #1 come Wednesday night ... we will see ! it is hard to bump a 22-0 team from the number one !!! I'm sure there will be a lengthy discussion about this one ... final week of the Elite 8 rankings coming up ! Sectional play does not count in the rankings only the regular season ... other games of note Sheridan entertains John Glenn Tuesday night at SHS - the Generals trying to stop a 2 game skid hoping to get a W over the MVL #1 John Glenn as SHS heads into Sectional play on Saturday night at Logan ... And yes, I know I gave Wheelersburg & equal #1's this week with Chillicothe being the legit #2 and so forth down the rankings ... let the beatings begin !!!!!!

Maxpreps is the best that you are going to find. But it is up to each school to assure that the information (schedule, opponents, score) is accurate.

Pfloyd, I don't know of one other person on this site that during the Regular Season, try's to go and see 90% or more of these teams play, ( The good old Eye Test ) and then be as fair as you can be in Ranking the teams. It has to be a very tough job, but one that you love doing. Very good job as usual.

I was Wondering how Wheelersburg would do against Logan , Then I was wondering how they would do against Chillicothe , then I was wondering how they would do going into the Warrior Dome of Warren . S o I checked out all their schedule along with Sheridan and there was no comparison . Schedules are what they are and going 22-0 is impressive . But you have to look at the schedule and you can only speculate what if . What if they had Logan schedule ? How many losses would the have ? If they had Chillicothe schedule how many losses ? If they had Warren or Sheridans how many losses would they have ? PFloyd is probably the only one that can compare and make that call . Logan is the best D1 ( only 2) Warren and Sheridan best D2 and Wheelersburg the best D3 in SEO. Just my opinion SOS IS JUST THAT . What do you really think PFLOYD ?

I do not know how anyone keeps comparing Sheridan in the top group. They are reeling, right now. I am a Muskingum county guy, but at the beginning of the season it was expected no one to be within 10 points of them. I heard they played Logan fairly tough, but they could very possibly go 0-4, not 0-3, down the stretch. The last team they lost to was 5-16, and only beat that same team by 1 the time before. They definitely look worse from the first two times I saw them at the beginning of the season. They drilled Tri Valley early and then just recently lost to them also.
