Re: Mega shoot out at Portsmouth high school
I really don't plan on attending with my self-imposed exile from summer basketball, but I hope this event goes over well for Coach Collins and all those involved. This will help Coach's plans to take the Trojans to Florida next season, which has become a bi-annual tradition since he took over as head coach. Portsmouth has a very good 7-2 record in 3 previous trips to Florida.
Should be some excellent competition for everybody, hopefully teams will have most of their players in attendance.

Re: Mega shoot out at Portsmouth high school
Just heard from coach Collins ,he said he has 24 confirmed teams already,he is only takeing 40 ,there will be 20 in each session.
Only 8 spots left and filling up fast so if you are a coach or know of a coach get a hold of coach Collins quick if you want to play some solid competition.
He has gotten calls from Columbus east , Fleming county Kentucky,KIPP Columbus and a couple schools from Cincinnati ,so I'm guessing this thing will be booked before long.
This shoot out is now open ,we have access to Shawnee state court now so we can accommodate some teams from other parts of the state so call the number on the flyer if interested.

Some big players in SE Ohio on that list. Nice to see coach Lisath bringing his squad back to his roots for this. Should be a good day of basketball!
