State finalists from Southeastern Ohio
I defined Southeast Ohio by the following boundaries:
Schools east of Route 23 and south of I-70, while also adding in teams assigned to the Southeast District that are west of 23 (such as the Fayette and Highland County schools, for example)
I did not include anyone inside the 270 outerbelt (i.e. Whitehall, any OCC teams, etc.)
I did include eastern river teams who some might include (Bellaire, Shadyside, St. Clairsville)

This is a very good list of teams! I forget sometimes how many good teams we have had in this area.
