They are in D6. Trimble was contacted by Ohsaa saying it was a typo. Trimble is in a region with Youngstown schools. I guess Athens County is NEO

Did Trimble appeal their EMIS numbers and win? That’s the only plausible explanation for them being listed in a Division VII region.

Notice that Lucas is not in Region 27.

D6, Region 21 has Fort Frye and Nelsonville-York in the same region as Ashtabula County and Youngstown area.

Schools not get an option or the ability to appeal their region?

I think region 27 just became a lot easier with the move of Trimble to D6 and Lucas & Danville to Region 25. Also, those of you complaining about Trimble being hosed, dont cheapen the quality of program your Tomcats have built with that type of talk. Trimble will be just as competitive in D6 because they are built on tough disciplined play.

They didn't get hosed with the move up, they (along with Belpre, NY, Fed & Fort) got hosed with the move to 21!

They basically broke up a southeast Ohio dominant region & shifted them all over the state. Going to Ashtabula for a week 11 game is just stupid.
