If that's right, I like it! That Region 16 (Waverly was in) is brutal with all those Dayton and Cincinnati schools in it.
Is that official?

Gallia Academy was in that region for years. Meigs was even in it at one time.

Finally Waverly got out of the region 16 meat grinder. Region 15 looks like roses compared to 16. If they are as good as they were last season they should be able to win some playoff games.

Man oh man, if that is correct Waverly just got handed a nice present before the 2019 season. With what they have returning in a new region, they could easily see a home game in week 11 and even a shot to move on to week 12. Where before they were fighting for that 4-6 spot and guaranteed to get a rough exit in week 11. Tons of time to go and work to do before any of that though.

Region 15 does have good teams, Licking Valley and St Clairsville will be the front runners, Gallia could make some noise too. But I'd rather play those teams than run up against Wyoming (state champs), Clinton Massie, or Indian Hill in region 16.

Bloom-Carroll has one of the best quarterbacks in the region - Otto Kuhns - and played a lot of freshman and sophomores around him last season. They'll be another team to watch to win a game or two perhaps in the playoffs.

if these teams were all in this region last year. The following teams would of made playoffs
1. st clairsville 28.9
2. waverly 21.85
3. Gallia academy 20.05
4. indian valley 19.65
5. highland 18.65
6. bloom carroll 17.38
7. meadowbrook 16.21
8. john glenn 15.60

licking valley, marion local and philo would of been just out. i dont think there will be any bad teams making the playoffs out of this region

I think it’s comical that there are those that believe region 15 will be a walk in the park. There’s no doubt 16 had the champions and quite possibly the second best team in D4 last season but believe it or not they play football all in eastern Ohio too.

Waverly is probably celebrating now. Region 15 is pretty bad. Region 16 teams were just on another level compared to Waverly

Ugh, I think maybe Licking Valley, Marion Franklin, and both MVL schools are also on a different level than Waverly. Start celebrating the region change after week 13.

The “Wade Bartholomew Bowl” as the 3 v 6 game — very interesting!

Bloom-Carroll is quite good. One would be wont to recognize what Otto Kuhns can do to Region 15 in his senior season.

Gallia got a nightmare first round draw last year. If I remember right, LV made it to state semis, and blanked St. C's
