Re: Al Oliver (Portsmouth)
I added about 12 guys to the college & pro topics last night that i could remember off the top of my head that i'd seen play or heard about over the years and forgot about Al who was probably the most accomplished of all SEO athletes at that level. To me, the top three that aren't in the HOF that need to be are:Al Oliver,Dave Parker and Dale Murphy.I can name more than three that don't belong.

Larry Hisle needs to be added. He and Al played together at Portsmouth I believe.FANOSPORTS wrote: Thu Jan 17, 2019 11:30 pmI added about 12 guys to the college & pro topics last night that i could remember off the top of my head that i'd seen play or heard about over the years and forgot about Al who was probably the most accomplished of all SEO athletes at that level. I saw both Oliver and Hisle play basketball in high school and both play major league baseball. Both class acts.
