2019 FAC Pre-Season Predictions?

With Two-A-Days approaching, how do you guys think the league will shake out this season? Last year was definitely surprising to me with the outstanding play of Hillsboro, sharing the FAC crown with Jackson.

I personally think Jackson is the clear front runner this year. I can see them winning the Golden Football with ease this season. I think Chillicothe and WCH will be average, and I can’t see Hillsboro, MT, or McClain being very competitive in the league this year. Jackson will probably be the only playoff team the FAC produces this season in my opinion. What do you guys think?

Chilli has the athletes to beat anyone . New coach , not sure what they got returning but to me the FAC goes through chilli
Hillsboro lost some great players but great coach and the wishbone is hard to stop
Courthouse another team with superior athletes. Will
Score but can they stop anyone
Miami Trace seems like the program is searching for something to build on
Greenfield has a great wrestling program , not sure why it don’t show on football field

Jackson of course should be the favorite in preseason talks. Nothing is won yet. Hillsboro may have been hit by graduation a little but there’s no doubt the kids stepping in their place will hit you right in the mouth back. Chillicothe will have athletes and ability to Beat you on any given night. Trace needs help for sure with greenfield not far behind. WCH will be fast and the ability as well like Chillicothe to beat anyone on a Friday night. FAC has been good in its first short history and see it to continue to be competitive as the years roll on

Hillsboro not competitive in the league this year? They may have lost 3 of 4 of their main ball carriers but remember those guys are not anything without a great oline....which Hillsboro returns 4 of their guys up front I believe. They also return 6 or 7 on defense. Jackson is the front runner in the league for sure...but dont sleep on Hillsboro. They are well coached and return a lot of important guys from last seasons team. Also, Hillsboro dropped from div. 3 to div. 4...so a 7-3 or 8-2 season gets them into the playoffs imo.

Athletes are athletes and imo this is Chillicothe worst team in a long time. Not saying they can’t have a good season but I would be shocked if Jackson’s doesn’t win. Does court house return much? Miami Trace had nice qb and wide out but there line is very small

Just so many factors that are huge that the 7 on 7’s don’t show.

Chillicothe is young this year but from a talent and athleticism stand point this may be one of the most explosive young groups in a few years. Jaiden Cain The Sophomore QB is the same kind of Athlete that chillicothe is accustomed to having at QB think Caleb Knights/Branden Maughmer type of skills set. They are very young but have the talent to Win this league. New Coach New players in key position but the talent is there. Honestly this team could go 5-5/6-4 OR 10-0 Depends on the development of the young talent first stiff competition tomorrow against Columbus Northland at 6:00 as Kentucky WR commit Kalil Branham comes in for a scrimmage good early test going into the season.

The FAC has proven to be the premier football conference in terms of the number of teams who can compete for the championship. Chillicothe, Jackson, Hillsboro and Court House (yeah I know, but they are still CH to me) all can make a claim, but from afar this seems to be Jackson's year. I am also glad the FAC appears stable in membership heading into year three.

I searched the TVC Ohio and FAC. Working on the SVC next. I’ll try to do as many as I can before week 1. I’m just interested to see how close they are prior to the season starting.
