Valley self destructed in the second quarter Parker has 3 tds but all on really short runs valley had a bad snap on a punt and has had multiple roughing the passer penalties on 3rd and longs score is 20-14 Portsmouth hopefully valley can cut out the penalties the second half this is by far the best defense I have seen valley play in many years
