Got the passing game clicking now and getting healthier each day. This one could get ugly early and often. I look for 3 to have a breakout game and NY will have two backs over the century mark in this one. Teams are finding out that when you gear up to stop 3 then Mikey has a field day passing. If not for all the flags over the hill they would have learned that the hard way too.

This game will establish how bad NY will be this year If they drop 3rd one in a row its gonna be ugly I have mixed feelings for berne union I've heard they're tough and I've heard they're no good I've never witnessed berne beat NY if Berne stops #3 like any other team they'll have no problem with NY

NY by 25+.

Berne is well-coached but they have a couple glaring problems. Big issue right now is the kids will probably not come out focused and fired up against NY. Friend of mine in the building says all of the students have been freaking out and worrying about their game next week vs Fisher (rivalry game) instead. That doesn’t surprise me since I talked to a couple of them at our game Saturday and saw it for myself. They have a bunch of young kids getting most of the playing time and they start a freshman at QB.

NY has a huge chip on their shoulder after being humiliated by two of the best D6 teams in the state. They’re going to come out far readier to play and with more hunger. BU crapped the bed several times against Alex and like I said I don’t think most of the players have their head on right currently. If BU comes I’m motivated, focused and calm-headed and worries only about NY this week then they’ll keep it respectable. Unfortunately I just don’t think as a unit, from what I’ve seen and heard, that they’re going to come in taking this game seriously as one that they can win.

After 2 pretty tough games to start the season, I look for the Buckeyes to take it out on Berne Union and get into the win column this Friday evening. Lets hope both teams have an injury free game.
