Man... I don’t know. It’s up in the air until kickoff. I just hope Burg doesn’t get flashbacks to the last time they in Jackson’s stadium

I would disagree with those people
I agree 100%. Jackson has just as much aid a chance as burg does. This is gonna be a hell of a gane

Jackson has a chance to win. They must play very well and be a disciplined team. Lose turnover battle, have a couple personal fouls and let Burg get deep and zero chance of winning. A pretty good game won’t do it.

For the Ironmen to have a chance to beat the Burg, I think it comes down to 3 Key things. 1. The Ironmen will have to have a balanced offense, be able to throw and run the ball. 2. They have to somewhat be able to contain Matthews, as I said before, easier said than done. 3. Jackson will have to play better pass defense overall, than what they have shown in a couple games this year. A couple kids have played great in pass defense, yet at other times, there seems to be a lot of confusion, and the receivers are left wide open. I also realize that it seems to happen ( at least against the Ironmen ) when a team spreads the defense out all over the field. As stated before, turnovers will probably play a big part in the outcome, as it does in most games.

This is another HUGE test for Burg. The Pirates are in for another battle. These kids have cut their teeth on some of the stiffest competition around and it continues this week. For Burg to come away with a W, they need to tackle better. Idk how many times I've seen a back hit at the line of scrimmage and somehow gain 5 yards. They have to get these guys to the ground quick. Offensively I like the progress they've made thus far and hope to continue to see that growth this week. Burg will need to protect the ball and sustain drives or the Ironmen will wear the defense down by the late 3rd.

This one will be a dandy for sure. Huge points for the Pirates here. Go get em boys.

If they struggle at first contact on the tackle. I like the hard runners from Jackson. Be a nice a way to keep that offense that’s getting momentum off the field from getting more. As far as burg playing the stiffiest competition well that’s part of it in having a program that you guys have. You are not where you are today from playing cupcakes. As I said before. Its games like these that the kids that are at these two programs go and play for. Showdowns.

Fair enough. But you threw one in there by saying big game for burg. Lol. Like Jackson has nothing to loose. Good luck with the Vikings this week. Travis bethel may just outsmart Nathan white.

Jackson will go 9-1 at worst. Burg still has other tough games that could knock them out of the playoffs

Who? After Jackson I think valley is the next best. Minford is over rated. Waverly healthy could be a challenge. I think if burg stays healthy they will walk through the soc.

I can see how it’s a bigger game for Burg as if they lose this they’ll maybe need to win out for the playoffs.....but that could potentially be the case for Jackson as well. Jackson still has the chance at an undefeated regular season. Jackson needs the game more for the series. I can see what raider was saying but if you look at it good it’s a huge game for both.

Ashland, Minford and Valley will bring big big points. I think they make it at 6-4 but definitely at 7-3.

Fantastic 50 says 5-5 they’re in. 6-4 they’re in. 7-3 they're the #2 seed. 8-2 they are the one seed

Drew has a few teams way off. 6-4 would be on the bubble
