I'm curious why SEDAB decided to configure the girls D-II bracket so the East and West are guaranteed 2 winners each in the sectional finals. Typically the opposing sectionals (pools) meet in the section finals (like girls D-III and Boys D-II&III).

I don't believe that is typical of the soccer brackets in d2 though any year. Not that I can remember. I dont think I've even ever noticed the other brackets did that. Interesting question though.

I showed up at 10:45, the game actually started at 10:00 a.m..

Just depends how many sectional teams. All sectional games are home site games.
