Oh I hope not Teays, was there for the Jackson game Friday night and they were terrible host. 1 parking lot attendant took ppl 15 minutes to get into the parking lot, PA system not working properly, visitor section is not very big especially given 1 part is for the band, and the kicker they didn't put any work into making the stadium ready. Snow and ice from Monday night was still on the bleachers Friday night and several ppl about fell and everyone was sliding everywhere. They never started putting salt down until they seen ppl were slipping and sliding. Simply put if you can't put the effort in to prepare your stadium then don't apply to host.

I agree 100% i watched a man slip on ice and wipe out on the steps of home side bleachers and was very fortunate he wasn't seriously injured. THEN they started putting salt down. It was too late at that point. Teays Valley did the worst job of hosting a playoff game that I've ever seen. Didn't even have condiments at concession stand. Mustard pump didn't work and they didn't have a backup. Who eats hot dogs without mustard? Really!?

Ironton is south eastern Ohio’s best shot. Good luck to the tigers. They will be playing the best team they’ve faced all year.

Good luck to both teams in this matchup. IMO Irontons defense and the Woods defense is very comparable they both have stout defensive lines. The edge in this game would have to go to Ridgewoods quarterback he is really good at making plays when he scrambles Burg had him numerous times but his quickness and arm strength are really good and his receivers seemed to know where he would sling it every time so offensively the edge goes to Ridgewood. As far as the defense's go I think it's a toss up to who is better. I think I might go to this game it's just according to where it will be played if it's back at Lancaster I doubt I go but if it's Chillicothe I will be there Chillicothe is the best host school around.

Don’t get me wrong Ironton is a REALLY good football team but everybody keeps talking about how many penalties and turnovers they had and still won when I would guess Amanda had more penalty yards than they did and turned it over a few times as well.

I see how going forward it can be a problem especially against a team like Ridgewood but Ironton was clearly the better team and when both of them are doing the same thing those factors sort of cancel themselves out and the best team wins, and they did.

Heck yeah. Great stadium. It was packed for the NY v Trimble game. So I would say get there really early. Possible sell out ?

I thought NY has such nice facilities?
That’s what others have said on here.
What is wrong with it being there?

It’s a great stadium and has adequate facilities with capable personnel to get it done.

When I first moved here and bought my home, within a week of moving in to my new home, I got a knock on my door, to welcome me to the neighborhood. That doesn’t happen much in FL.

It was Jack Sowers.
He was a teacher and Coach during NY’s state championship year, & had retired here.

Our Neighboring houses flying OSU & NY & IRONTON FootBall flags with Old Glory standing the tallest between our neighboring houses during football season!!

Ppl from here thought we were nuts and we were/are!!

He has since moved on and we have lost touch...
He was my neighbor for ten years and loved to talk football.
He had great respect for BURG and Coal Grove from playoff match ups!!!
