I just know i remember watching a few of these kids we recruited playing in ironton 5th 6th 7th 8th grade so I could say someone recruited them from us. Awe no it’s not recruiting if they leave ironton the programs just corrupt I forgot

You are correct, and honestly I don't really worry about it. If you feel your team has been done wrong by someone "recruiting", then tell the teams you root for to do a better job of it so you don't lose out on players.
