We ran into a team that started 4 seniors. They played in a "BCS" conference and even beat Kentucky. Their size gave us problems on the perimeter, and we didn't hit key shots and free throws. The 18-2 run at the end of the first half killed us. It was no suprise that we lost, but WE DID NOT BACK DOWN! We could have let Tennessee open the flood gates, but they fought back many times.

We just ran out of gas.....Bassett may play ball in Europe next year.....even without him we'll have 10+ guys runnin up and down the floor led by D.J. Cooper and we won't run out of gas.

Bassett will be gone next year, that little thing called class attendance and grades were a little tough for him. Let's just hope we do not lose any others.
