I wasn’t taking it as a dig. I’m just looking forward to this short trip next week Chillicothe or Jackson that’s not a bad drive at allcountywide35 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 10:24 pmMrFirstTake wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 9:50 pmI mean I’ve said it all year long but seeing how they contained the qb throwing tonight just insanecountywide35 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 9:41 pm
Well duh. Lol
They got a LB that’s signed with the best college team in America !!!!
Fosson looked ruff and tuff from the preview against Jackson. He’s a beast
oo please don't take that as a dig on you saying that....I was merely agreeing with you!!!!!!!! this team I thought looked primed and destined back when the leaves were bright green and 90degreees outside fighting sweat bees and late summer bugs...……...

You may very well beat the Ironton Tigers on the Football field if you are just a better football team. As just a neutral fan, I think that it's pretty funny that some other High School thinks that they in any way shape nor form would be able to stand on the field and be able to possibly taunt the Ironton Tigers. You are not going to be able to taunt or intimidate Ironton. Sounds to me like Ridgewood forgot to bring there sledgehammer, but instead brought a tack hammer.

Chillicothe will get West Jefferson-Ironton OT they may rebracket

You’re not going to intimidate a bunch of hard nose kids. Ironton preceded to hand them their rear ends. They physically beat them down.VetteMan wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 10:48 pm You may very well beat the Ironton Tigers on the Football field if you are just a better football team. Just got home from taking this game in, I had Ridgewood picked to win this based on everyone talking about ironton struggling with the pass. Dang was that way wrong, either ironton had them well scouted or no one has seen them against a passing team. I was extremely impressed with the pass defense, the 1st half a lot of the pressure and sacks were coverage sacks. As the game wore on the QB got happy feet and the pressure started to get home, Fossom made several nice pass rush moves to cause pressure. Would've liked to seen how close this one could've been if Ridgewood doesn't drop the 80 yard TD pass. Really felt RW got away from the run early after going 80 yards on the opening drive i think they got greedy. Other than that I believe that was the only lapse in coverage. Ironton HAS to cleanup the penalties it cost them drives tonight, multiple false starts and offside, also 3 or so holding penalties the one I seen on my side was legit hold and couple they didn't call. Carrico was as advertised, tough hard nose kid who doesn't quit. After watching ironton tonight though I think that sums up a lot of this team as they have taken on the coaches personality great job and great win and good luck next week, keep representing SEO.

West Jeff is the real deal they have 2 RBs that are really good and they’re well coached

Hopefully this is a hard fought injury free game. I look for the wood to get their points just like I expect ironton to get theirs. This is a different dog than what amanda was. If they find away to stop their ground game this will be a good game. If not I look for another running clock for the wood.
