Week 14 - Ironton (12-1) vs West Jefferson (12-1)

With that cheap shot at the end of the 4th that was the burg kids second PF of the game, but was called blocking in the back (By a defensive player??) I guess so he wouldn't be ejected. I know I wouldn't have, but I guess that's why Ridgewood coach has the reputation he does.

With all the PF/ unsportsmanlike conduct flying around at the end of the Ridgewood game, I thought I was watching a retro Westside team from the 1980s, but they had on Pirate unis.

Yep, I wish I still had spectrum so I could log on and watch it. They are showing the Licking Valley vs Poland game on TV, which wouldn't be bad game to watch either, but won't matter to me since I no longer have them. I might have to cough up the money so I can watch this.

I’d like to wish ironton good luck. Looks like rain tomorrow. Make southern Ohio proud. I’ll be there rain or shine. My 1st trip to Chillicothe since they turfed the field. Tigers will have to bring there A game. Good luck and leave it all out there.

West Jefferson’s QB is the leading passer in D5 Ohio football according to Max Preps. He’s thrown for 2,635 yards, 32 TD’s and only 1 interception. That came on 196 attempts and 145 completions
