So you're saying Marion Local has done well for itself over the years when they get to the title game. WOW, 10 times, all of them since 2000 and 6 of them since 2011.LucasDavenport wrote: Sat Nov 30, 2019 11:22 pm State Championships won by Remaining 14 teams

Re: State Tournament News and Notes. State Final Times and Matchups
The MAC being the MAC. Wheelersburg and Hartley only won state titles by getting away from the MAC
Re: State Tournament News and Notes. State Final Times and Matchups
I agree! The Mac is the best conference in the state even being small school. When the Mac don’t cover 3 divisions hurt the Mac because the had 3 every year in the Finals now play against each other and knock each other outRaider6309 wrote: Fri Dec 06, 2019 10:53 am The MAC being the MAC. Re: State Tournament News and Notes. State Final Times and Matchups
CB helped move the MAC to basically 2 every year instead of 3 in different divisions so someone else around the state has a chance to win one. They'll win those 2 again this year. Anna is up 41-14 on Springfield with 3:00 to go in 3rd qtr now.14U wrote: Fri Dec 06, 2019 12:00 pmI agree! The Mac is the best conference in the state even being small school. Wow! MAC 1-0, with Marion Local next up. I’m watching Indiana finals as I’m out of town. Wonder if spectrum has Ohio here?FANOSPORTS wrote: Fri Dec 06, 2019 12:21 pmCB helped move the MAC to basically 2 every year instead of 3 in different divisions so someone else around the state has a chance to win one. Anna with a 34 point beat down on Springfield, which is not surprising. Anna's sole loss was by 3 points to Marion Local. MAC is just a different level of HS Football.

So far, I’m 2 for 2 in my picks. LaSalle stomped Massillon ( Lol) and Anna in a big win.

Re: State Tournament News and Notes. State Final Times and Matchups
Yes ur right about the MAC. It’s a different play of football for the smaller divisions to keep up with year in and out. I’ve watched the MAC growing up in the 80’s and 90’s being from southern Ohio. Buddies would get together and go watch them play against each other. Always great games and 4 quarters of great football.Steely Dan wrote: Fri Dec 06, 2019 1:26 pm Anna with a 34 point beat down on Springfield, which is not surprising. 3 games down with all 3 involving Orange & Black Tiger or Tyger teams that have lost with another Tiger team (this time in Purple) playing tonight. Bad Omen for "Tiggers" so far thru 3 games. Ironton is the only one left to carry the flag tomorrow.
