Mathematically would’ve been a weird thing for you to say if you were 38 now and creepy if like 65.

The offensive foul that was called ?WhiskeyTwoFive wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2019 10:26 pm mlittle: tell us your thoughts on that last foul lol
Creepy at either age, I just know I wasn't hanging out with the opposing team after a loss or win years ago. Kudos to these young people, they realize it is just a game and sounds like they handle the outcome better than some fans at the game. Congrats to the Tanks. If both teams hold serve I will check the rematch out when it is at Trace.
Not sure what to say. This was another game where the officials let it get a little rough. That player control fouls they called on him was pretty bizarre. I’ll try to post it if I’m smart enough to figure it out
This is two pretty good defensive teams but I think more so it was an extremely physical game and the refs didn’t blow the whistle much. I think that contributes to the low score. Neither team was purposely trying to slow the game down.
Little led all scorers with 13 pts 6 rebs and 4 assts
Thanks, sounds as if it was a very intense hard fought ballgame. If everything goes as planed, witch it rarely does, it should be a bang-up ballgame when they meet at ZT later in the season.
This is the reaction you get when games are bloodbaths. Officials need to start calling fouls and tempers wouldn’t get out of hand.WhiskeyTwoFive wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2019 10:20 pm
We gotta do a better job as fans though. People screaming, cussing at the refs, telling players to punch another player...its embarrassing.
Agreed. I’ve said it on here a bunch. The game of basketball is just too physical. Cooler heads prevailed tonightSid Farkus wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2019 12:18 amThis is the reaction you get when games are bloodbaths. From my understanding they had some clock issues the night before with the secondary scoreboard they couldn’t get resolved the night before. Both coaches and officials were notified before the game even started. So the master clock was the one they were to go by during a malfunction. The part nobody is talking about is when there was 44 seconds left, the ball was inbounded and it didn’t start for around 5 seconds. There is no question the clock ran longer under 29 seconds than it should have. It obviously wasn’t done maliciously they were just having issues. All the officials would’ve had to do is add more time. It’s their responsibility to manage that part of the game but the ZT coach really didn’t contest it much I’m guessing because he knew of the clock issue. It sucks, I hate that it happened but it shouldn’t take away from the game or be the focal point.hbk1999 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2019 9:05 am Mlittle
Clock question was a serious one
What is your take on the clock issue folks are talking about
Would like to hear your version of it, not insinuating it had any outcome on the game. Regardless of what people think the clock or refs rarely make any change to the outcome of the 100,000 games I have attended in my life
Nah it happens. Like I said, it’s the officials responsibility to make sure the time is correct.U2K wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2019 11:35 am They’ve had issues with the clock for a couple years now. It’s not always the operator. The button isn’t precise & one clock drops down briefly & then comes back to match the other. They need fixed, re calibrated or whatever it takes. It’s quite embarrassing actually....
