1/3: Unioto @ Adena
Re: 1/3: Unioto @ Adena
He’s a XC stud on the best XC around....he may have jogged 12 miles this morning
Re: 1/3: Unioto @ Adena
That seemed safe to assume ironman.. lol
Re: 1/3: Unioto @ Adena
Not everyone on here knows about Unioto XC success or an runners in general. Few god XC runners even touch the varsity bball court.
Re: 1/3: Unioto @ Adena
Congrats Unioto on a very impressive win, especially it being on the road. Your defense must have played very well.

Good win
The Warriors have some really nice pieces
I was very proud of Cater Markko tonight, and of course, the rest of the team as well.

Well done tonight by the UHS Shermans! down a starter, on the road, vs a preseason pick #2 team in the SVC behind ZT ... the U is in the Elite 8 for a reason - they deserve to be there ! ...danicalifornia wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 11:57 pm Good win

Correction on the running. It was actually after shoot around not before
Re: 1/3: Unioto @ Adena
Runners are just different people lol. I remember when I was ag FU and ran the 800, the track coach would send me with the distance guys and say, hey just go run a light 6 miles and I'd run to my car and go home lol. Runners are crazy.

Hard to really explain the difference in most XC programs in this one
Re: 1/3: Unioto @ Adena
I'm a real weirdo and love me some hs sports and especially SE ohio so I definitely know unioto is a great program. I ran track with Rob Meyers are FU, so I understand the absolute beasts the runners are who really work at it.mlittle wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 5:21 pmHard to really explain the difference in most XC programs in this one
Then when we were just living in beavercreek, they have over 150 kids in their HS CC program. Their girls runners are incredible and have multiple kids going D1.

Hopefully they find someone to put those pieces together before it's too late for this Jr. class.danicalifornia wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 11:57 pm Good win

Yea, if you're one of the other 7 teams in the league. They've yet to be competitive against the top teams on their schedule. If you can't get your team prepared to come out, at home, for sole possession of first place, and put in a good effort, something isn't right.mlittle wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 1:43 pmThey have a good guy in place.se-alum wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 1:07 pmHopefully they find someone to put those pieces together before it's too late for this Jr. class.danicalifornia wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 11:57 pm Good win
