Alexander (11-2) @ Jackson (13-2)

Post by Ironman92 »

Both teams playing very very well. Alexander provides a very unusual matchup with 6’10 Caleb Terry but I’m going to say Jackson provides the same with 5’7 Caleb Wallis.

Big seeding game for both teams.

Comes down to if Jackson can shoot well outside the paint. I hope Alexander wins so they get the big head before Friday

Should be a good game. Haven't seen Jackson play this year but from what I read they are a good ball club. I have seen Alex play once before and I think this game will be won inside the paint. JK kerns will do a job guarding Wallis IMO and if Alex can get Terry going earlier and set the tone I think Alex wins this game, but if Terry doesn't get involved earlier Jackson will run away with it. should be a dog fight though.

Terry to much and Jackson really not built to beat teams like Alexander with great guards and a big guy that can play. Alexander by 8-12.

Vik despises all things Jackson, he always picks against the Ironmen, luckily for Jackson he’s usually wrong

Unioto doesn’t have a 6’10 kid in the middle.

Not true. I despise losing to Jackson in football on bs calls. Jealous af of their football stadium. Basketball I don’t mind Jackson. Love to watch Wallis. I don’t care alot I’d they win or lose unless against Gallia Academy and we aren’t too good this year so far. I was impressed against Chillicothe even though you guys lost.

Don’t fumble at the 1 and dont let Jackson drive the football 99 yards down the throat of your vaunted defense. Just wish they would’ve played this year , running clock ....

So who around southern Ohio is “built” to handle a 7 foot player ? Just curious

Jackson never has much size and likely never will at this rate 😂 I’d say coach morrow and the ironmen will play like they always do and be scrappy and out hustle the opponent.
