Depends what you are going for. Hard to argue wrong in going to see #1 vs #2. I guess you are assuming Chillicothe will win easily.

Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #9
WWBBB , I just looked a the Warren Local website looks like the Warren vs Chilli game was originally scheduled for 2/1 (not sure where I thought it was on Friday the 7th wow ... NOW the game is scheduled for this coming Thursday 2/6 with the freshmen playing 2 qtrs starting at 4:30 ... that means Chillicothe will be playing @ Logan Tuesday/ @ Warren Thursday/ home vs Jackson on Saturday ! wow ... not sure I want to hear anyone complain about a tough 3 game week LOL ...
sooooooooo now that means the pfloyd Tour will be taking in 4 games this week !
Tuesday 2/4 : Logan vs Chilli
Thursday 2/6 : Chilli @ Warren
Friday 2/7 : Waverly vs Wheelersburg
Saturday 2/8 : Chillicothe vs Jackson
... IF I didn't have school related meetings on Wednesday 2/5 I would have/could have gone to the U to see Unioto vs Hillsboro !!! may have to see what Wednesday says as we get closer ...
Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #9

Did crooksville get moved out of the east district and into the southeast? I remember Peebles playing the ceramics in the regional semi final game in 1974 at Steubenville.

Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #9
great list Floyd!
The Jeeps are playing better finally--keep moving them up the list!
I would tell you to move Eastern Brown and Peebles up but I can't figure out who to tell you to move down.
I also know you respect the record and the Alma Mater but they are truly around 15 on this list.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
I think we should talk Mattash into streaming the games from the Convo -- with sound stream and I will do play by play and you handle the color.

... the closer to the top you get the harder it gets to move teams down IF they keep winning ... Peebles is one of the teams that I have seen 3 times - vs New Boston the first week in January, a week later at the Beasts of the Southeast, then this past Saturday ... Coach Arey has them getting better each and every time out ... they beaten all of the top D4's in the SEO district ... unless 1 of the 8 teams ahead of them loses - they are in a holding pattern ... NB ... 18-1 - losing only to Peebles, making a comeback in the 2nd half to get to within 1 point/3 points on 5-6 straight trips downcourt BUT couldn't get over the hump vs the Indians ... again unless others ahead of them lose - the Tigers won't be moving up the rankings ... that Minford game on the road will be a big one for NB ... I'll see Waverly and Wheelersburg this Friday night (Waverly for the 3rd time, Wheelersburg the time in person - have seen them multiple times on video) ...LucasDavenport wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2020 10:16 am great list Floyd!

Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #9
It doesn't get any easier for the Indians, they play at Fayetteville Tuesday in a place that is very hostile. Then the Indians play Manchester which they should handle ,but; go back on the road once again to Chesapeake to face a great team. Then the Indians finish on senior night vs a very big physically ,Miami Trace team who are no slouch. If the Indians finish off this end loaded schedule strong ,I believe we will have made a case for Elite 8. It will be a tough road. Will the be prepared for tournament? Yes!! Go Indians!!!!!pfloyd wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2020 3:58 pm... the closer to the top you get the harder it gets to move teams down IF they keep winning ... Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #9
It’s funny that you think that way because I believe IF our 2 big guys were healthy the first time ZT played Unioto then ZT would have won both games. If you compare Everything that Zane Trace has done vs U then ZT would get the edge. If needed I will compile the scores, info, etc. It isn’t close. Sorry Mike. Just My opinion....mlittle wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2020 1:02 pm The records of the teams in the top 10-12 are insane. We keep winning and can’t move up. Poor Peebles and New Boston.
I still think Unioto should be over ZT. Obvi it’s a bit biased but I still believe healthy we beat them twice this year. But identical records and we split head to head. Not sure how you put one over the other without argument from either side.

No need to apologize or compile scores. Different opinions are what these forums are for.Spartan12 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2020 5:50 pmIt’s funny that you think that way because I believe IF our 2 big guys were healthy the first time ZT played Unioto then ZT would have won both games.
