Grandview Hts traveled to Wellington School in a Mid State Ohio Division Game. Also, Grandview Hts gets the #1 seed and Wellington School the #2 seed in the up coming Central District Division IV Tourney so bragging rights were on the line. Grandview scores first and never relinquished the lead and beat Wellington 83-75. The offense outburst was unexpected because of the 51-47 lst meeting with Wellington winning. Grandview led 23-12 after 1 45-28 at half. Wellington cut it to 62-51 and end of 3. Wellington got to within in 3 a few times but Grandview was able to hold off Wellington's 3 point barrage in the 2nd half. Great crowd and a very tournament feeling atmosphere from start to finish. Grandview goes to 16-5 and Wellington drops to 11-8.

Am I the only one that is a little surprised at this score ? If the game was at ZT, maybe I just thought it would have been a little larger margin. Ironton is never an easy out at tournament time, so they may just be peaking at the right time.
