Seems like it has rained non stop since Tuesday, so I went over the Hocking River today expecting it to be high and muddy and it was low and clear. I couldn't believe it.

Warm days are good, but I hope we get more warmer nights in March and April than we did last year. Them chilly nights ruin shroom abundance.

Is the big side of Lake White near 104 filled with water and high enough for boaters? I am going to take my bass boat somewhere this weekend just to run it and make sure there are no issues before I start going to Erie and St Clair. Lake White is sort of close and perfect for a initial run in the boat to make sure everything is good to go

the odnr said that the lake gates will be on the 15th. so bring on the rain after that.

plenty of fishin going on here now. today is Monday april 6th. they are going to raise the dam. this lake fills up to summer pool really quick if we get the rain. lake white is kinda like down in a bowl. and between pee pee creek, and all the water from homes draining downhill at all the houses here. it will get to summer pool quickly.
