Coaching Vacancies 2020-2021

Post by Pete_Bell »

Will there be any coaching changes in the SE District next year? Always speculation, but are there confirmed vacancies?

Please keep this as Confirmed Vacancies and please don’t speculate on Coaches still remaining in the Tournament

Good luck.

2 fold. Confirmed Vacancy

Then don’t insert a coach into the Confirmed Vacancy that’s still in the Tournament.

1. Confirmed Vacancies only.
2. Team must be eliminated from tournament.
3. ...Ironmen92 must have prior knowledge

Is Wellston really open? Or is this just a rumor?

Wellston is open. Coach Briggs announced his resignation publicly. His picture in the Telegram with the AD.

Wellston lost a good one in coach Briggs. Great coach and great all around person in general. Knows the game of b ball and definitely knows how to teach it. Only wanted the best for the kids and took a lot of time away from his own family to come down and help alot of the younger kids as well to help try and prepare them for jr high and beyond. Just dont feel he got the support he deserved and that's just my opinion.

Dumb on Wellston’s part. No wonder they haven’t won a TVC title since 2003. Thought they looked pretty good in the younger groups and most of the TVC will be pretty bad next year
