Re: Scrimmages
Based on what I'm seeing I think the Governor said no fans at scrimmages. I've yet to see an announcement that doesn't go out of its way to say NO FANS.

Just keep falling further and further down the rabbit hole with the announcements.loganlocos wrote: Wed Aug 19, 2020 8:44 amBased on what I'm seeing I think the Governor said no fans at scrimmages. I've yet to see an announcement that doesn't go out of its way to say NO FANS.
We can stuff 40 kids in a 20x20 classroom safely but can’t manage to space 500 people out at an outdoor 3 acre football facility
Everything that happens just contradicts something else he says.

The Governor said that family and those "close" to athletes would be permitted to attend and they would leave it up to schools to define that.countywide35 wrote: Wed Aug 19, 2020 8:53 am Locos you read anywhere where the school districts are responsible for setting attendance policies ??
Follow up guidance said basically a max of 4 tickets per kid (players, cheer, and band) or a total percentage of capacity - so for away games or smaller stadiums each kid might get less than 4.
Band will not be permitted to travel.

Thanks for confirming all that. How bout this coming Friday’s scrimmages ? I can’t seem to get any clarification on that.
