Gallia by a bunch. Ironton is the clear best team in the OVC and entire southern half of the state, below D-IV. GA will probably put a running clock on the rest of the OVC.

I don’t think it’ll be the blowout everyone expects it to be. People get too lost in the final score of the Ironton game to realize that game was 0-0 end of the first and Coal Grove gave Ironton all they wanted that first 1st quarter. It was 28-0 at half time. Which Gallia was 28-7 at the half.

Pendleton’s pride was hurt that little ole Coal Grove played with them that entire first quarter after they and he wanted to try and make a statement that 2nd half.

I think if the Grover’s can get some players healthy this will be a ball game people aren’t expecting.

Not sure what happened last friday but Gallia will prob have 3-4 TDs called back, again, but still Running clock. No disrespect intended. Ive seen some fantastic CG teams, grown mans football. But GA teams with good speed have usually had their way with the Hornets. This years group is the fastest overall GA group in my memory (mid-eighties). Game is on turf. However, if GA becomes easily predictable as we did all last season and at times this season (1st qtr at the Tank) a disciplined team with strength in the box can beat us. Good luck to both teams. Hoping CG has a full menu at the concessions, best food in the league!!

I heard 5 band members tested positive for covid. Not sure how true but the band can stay home and let them play. But I see the safety side. So the Rona strikes. At least there what I’m told.
