Decided to watch this one at home via stream and radio. Overall it was a dominating performance by the Tigers on both sides. Minford never got much going on offense, they did move the ball a couple of drives but for the most part they struggled. Like I said before the game, I thought Waverly’s DEs and O-line would have a big game tonight and they did just that. The O-line played really well, kept a clean pocket for Shanks and opened holes for the RBs. As I expected, Minfords line really had problems with Waverly’s DEs and blocking in general. The Tigers did what they wanted on Offense, both the pass and run were working all night. Which was nice to see.

Minford has some good athletes and could get a win or two in the playoffs depending who they match up with. EVL is arguably the best pure athlete in the league, he’s a heck of a player and made some nice plays tonight even tho he spent most of his time running from defenders seconds after the snap. If he had a better line, he would be one of the top QBs in the area. He’s a baller at any sport he plays. Would like to see Minford have some success in the postseason.

Waverly is region 16 again this year last year they were in 15 and and moved back to 16 this year we are # 2 right now in region 16 and if we stay #2 we would play one of the 2 first #15 and #18 will play and who ever wins that we will play them

But I would not be mad if we played Unioto and just take back last year's game

Playoff seeding will be by coaches voting.

Coaches seed the teams but I hope they use the computer rankings as a guide. Some people think they will seed some of the Cincy teams over the Tigers - I hope the give credence to the computer.
25 teams in the region means the 1 seed will likely receive a bye. No idea yet how they will draw up the brackets.

The bracket I looked at showed if there is a 25 team tourney the top 7 teams get a bye

It was great to have Stulley back last night. He really helps with good pass coverage and solid tackling. The defense will be even better with Barnett back next week. Beating Burg without either of them available makes that win more impressive.

Absolutely, those two are special. How about that pick by Stulley last night!

I'm still hoping to get Shoemaker back this season. Just a junior and would have stated on both sides of the ball. Would be nice to enter the playoffs at 100% for the first time this season.

I thought I heard he would be out 6-8 weeks, about 5 weeks ago. I don't know how he is progressing.

He would certainly make the team even better.
