It's not really the second week of the playoffs. Come on!! NW would have to go 9-1 in their region to get in as a 7 seed at best. This isn't even close to being a real week 12 game. Next year when they go to 12 teams, then NW may get in.alabama mike wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 1:39 pm Wishing the Mohawks the best Saturday night in Columbus. Yes, it is going to be difficult. Yes, on paper Ready should win. We are going to make the trip and play the game. The excitement and community feelings are at an all time high. Win or lose, NW is playing in the second week of the playoffs.

The Obetz Fortress IS a great facility, but Northwest fans are advised to bring binoculars, which are needed to read down/distance/clock on either scoreboard.

He fractured his ribs in the 2nd quarter of the Portsmouth game. We actually have several kids out.
Next man up.

I understand the everyone gets a trophy feel to this unusual season in the year of contagion, yet the Mohawks played and earned the right to advance. For that they should be congratulated and cheered for going forward.

I like to see northwest do good but they did beat a 1-5 Portsmouth team that lost everybody last 2 years. Playing down hurts the Mohawks in playoffs but winning has the program gaining players and wins!!Omega wrote: ↑Fri Oct 16, 2020 8:10 pmPistolPete7 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 6:13 pmIt's not really the second week of the playoffs. Well said because with Northwest schedule they could go 9-1 and still not make the playoffs but starting next year they would and then just be a practice game for a #1 or #2 seeded teamPistolPete7 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 6:13 pmIt's not really the second week of the playoffs.
