Can’t say about Reid leaving Ironton. But Jackson just sent a kid to a Power 5 school as well in Treylan Davis to WVU and Jackson scheduled up BIG TIME for 98% of their kids back. 3 of the first 5 of Jackson non conference teams are either state champions or state runner up last 2/3yrs. I don’t think Pendleton is scared to play anybody anywhere anytime either.

It’s already happened. Well Jackson on the schedule that is. Now if Ashland was dropped to add Jackson I don’t know that. But Jackson and Ironton Will play for real in 2021
As far as the fans. I hope you are right that we will be able to pack in safely !! Not a darn thing against the tank. I LOVE the tank. But I hope this games is in Jackson so it can be okayed one Jackson’s HUgE Staduim. I truly believe that this game in 2021 will fill it to its capacity!!!! It will be rocking !!!!!

Re: Just for fun
We know DeSales , Hartley and Watterson different years pick up games yearly from Cincy, Dayton, Toledo, and Cleveland to Stubenville and will play anyone to fill their schedule since they only have 4 teams in the CCL. This year they played each other twice in reg. season along with St. Charles once each with only 1 non league game to complete their 6 games so it was needless to say a grind every week with all close games and they all remain in the playoffs and 2 of them will probably play for a 3rd time this year for a regional final berth. If Ironton could get a 2 yr. home and home with any of the 3 it would definitely be a step up......but I would think a couple games with a Sheridan, Licking Valley, Alder or Jackson would suffice.MrFirstTake wrote: ↑Wed Oct 21, 2020 11:22 amIronton has a whole lot coming back the next two year cant build a schedule around 1 person anyways thats not how you build a state contender

Ashland is really good also and they are D3 so we get a lot of points from that game. Im pretty sure we had a home and home with johnsons central coach Vass first 2 seasons and they won both games every body was beating ironton. Those years though lolcountywide35 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 21, 2020 1:15 pmMrFirstTake wrote: ↑Wed Oct 21, 2020 9:57 amRussell is not bad at all i would rather just play 1 kentuckt school though and id rather it be ashland or johnson central maybecountywide35 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 21, 2020 7:39 am

Johnson Central is typically good year in and year out. Good football there for sure. Ashland maybe would be more of the rivalry type feel and game. Has Ironton and Johnson Central ever had series or anything ??

They'd have a lot of injuries with that schedule but there would be enough points to finish in top 12 and make the playoffs even @ 4-6 or 5-5 with that schedule in D5.SpeedKillz wrote: ↑Fri Oct 23, 2020 4:52 pm Hows this schedule:

I wonder how many injuries newark catholic or Lucas has a year they play about 80% of the schedule against bigger schools thats just the risk ya take anytime you play happens in practice more than a game probably. And i dont think ironton would be 5-5
