I don't have have a score prediction . I think it will be good game.

1. Can Massie stop the Waverly pass attack? Massie Defenses are very aggressive and fast . If they do have one weakness it always seems to be defending the pass. Waverly will have to run some.

2. Can Waverly defense stop the running machine that usually is Clinton massie. There line is physical and Waverly will need some stops. Massie has added some new wrinkles over the past few years. They are able to throw now and very effective when they do.


3. This has the makings to be a great game , I am pulling for Waverly they have had a great season so far would love to see them keep it rolling .

4. Waverly wins this game it is a Program win . Meaning it puts their program on the map as a serious serious football team in the state. Go Tigers

I said a few weeks ago the only thing stopping Waverly to the regional final game is waverly. They play mistake free football there is no reason why come the end of the 4th qrter they aren’t in position to win this game. It’s going to take that kind of effort. Tha Burg game type effort. Granville. And for that waverly is In great position to be facing an undefeated Massie team. They can do it.

Coaching adjustments/experience is what interests me about this game. Sounds like Waverly this year has been excellent at making adjustments. Massie’s coaching has won 2 state titles and been runner up once. Both teams are battled tested. Waverly with burg and granville. Massie beat Alter week 1 who has some stud D1 athletes. Alter just beat Trotwood Madison by 20-30. I think Massie is banged up a little too. Should be a good one!

Most definitely agree with your 4th point. If they win this region will know who Waverly is from now on. Even if the tigers were to come up short by one possession it would speak volumes still
