Exactly, Why are benches spaced out, players wearing masks and 15% capacity if we allow 1 person to take out 20 players? It's a SOFT Society and this so Called "Pandemic" is wreaking havoc on a lot more than just people that get sick!!! Crazy.

I could see it if it was a player on Waverly. That would make sense, but just in contact with a player from another school? Smurray or anyone have any inside info, have any waverly players had symptoms or anything?

Exactly. Waverly is out because somebody went and caught it and passed it to a kid who goes to Miami Trace which i don’t even know where that is, and now 20 kids from pike county are sidelined. Maybe all of their parents should stay home from work too BUT if they already went to work, now that whole company needs to quarantine, in the name of safety.

No symptoms with Waverly. Played Saturday and the player in question (opposing team) had symptoms Sunday and tested positive either yesterday or today.. Waverly notified today...

My next question, What is the End Point? This Virus is not going away. Yes there are vaccines coming, however this virus will always be there. Kind of like the Flu never goes away. What happens when a player tests positive next year? or the The Year after? Will this be the protocol from here on out? If not, then they are basically saying in a year or two , My bad, it wasn't nearly as bad for teens as we thought!!

Player from Miami Trace was the one that turned up positive. So apparently the entire team is now in quarantine, my question was about the guys that never played?? Are we quarantining players who were in contact with players because that's not exactly how it's supposed to work. Apparently though they way it's setup is if it happens like this they just make the entire team quarantine.

My guess is every single, coach, player, parents, official, and anyone involved is simply worrying about the NOW of things. How about they try to get a season in and a year from now when the landscape of things has changed we'll address that then.

I’ve been kinda nice to refs this year. I’m like the water leak on a dam. You plug that hole and another pops out.
