Math 101:
(33% - 12 BLOCKS + NO FACTOR REFS = EDGE KENTUCKY)

a.)Coach Matta just said in the press conference that Harrelson is the most underrated player in college basketball.

b.)Jared Sullinger on Harrelson: He knows his job and does it well and is very physical.

Great game by both teams :aaaaa26

After every dunk Sullinger made, you'd have thought it won the game by his reactions (shoulder shakes, fist pumps and yells). Play the full game then celebrate, geesh !!!!!

Did he even score? He struggled all game and couldn't throw one in the ocean from the beach.
I truly didn't even think much about Buford thru much of the whole game until he missed that last shot that could have won it. He was a disappearing act tonight. Both teams played really good defense and it was a shame one of them had to lose. Both the late games tonight were very good, close and competitive but the earlier ones were snoozers.

I was rooting for OSU to win it all. Hats off to UK though. Great game plan. Great effort.

I thought these two teams met a round too early. Seriously, tOSU,UK and UNC in the same region?? Talk about bad luck! Buford couldnt hit the broad side of the barn tonight.

Overall I think the Bucks are the better team but in this game they were out played and somewhat out coached.

I honestly didn't think this game would be close, with tOSU dominating... but 34-3 is a great season... next year we should be just as good IMO well if buford comes back with sully... anywho, good win for the blue guys..

Kentucky will be preseason number 1 with an amazing recruiting class coming in next year. Knight jones lamb miller liggins. Then add gilchrist Teague wiljter and I forget the other guys name. Watch out for uk again next year

was a game worthy of the final 4 . real slugfest. refs letem' play for sure , Craft was beating/reaching/grapping on Knight out front but they let Ky be physical with sullinger so that was pretty fair IMO. surprising game, I thought Ky could slow down OSU's offense but worried that if Ky did'nt shoot well from 3 they might be able to score enough to win. but harrellson has the huge 1st half (he's been gettin it done all year) and Liggins has a great game . Cal did a super job keeping players out of foul trouble. OSU missed out in the 1st half when KY subbed freely due to foul trouble. They should have been up a few at the 1/2 . great game . Now maybe revenge from 92 or 1993 when UNC knocked us off in the elite 8. tough matchup , I think we can score at will against them, they are nearly as good on team D as OSU. But very long and atheletic. Go Big Blue. MD

Jones has been so average his stock has to be sinking, Knights might be going up . but other than the obvious two game winners even he has been very guardable . Lamb just isn';t ready. Jones will prob go . i don't see it but NBA drafts on potential.

It wouldn't bother me if jones goes but knight and lamb can be really really good

Sullinger should stay in school until he proves he can play outside of 3 feet from the hoop. Big, strong body but have not seen much of him all year away from the hoop but tonight he was neutralized by an average big body that perhaps played harder.

There is no way that Buford should go as he is in no way ready for the NBA. Sullinger might want to look in staying 2 maybe 3 years after the way harrelson manhandled him last night. Harrelson scored way to many points. 10 over his average really hurt the Bucks.

Ohio State had a great season. I was disappointed in Buford's play and that Sullinger kept leaving his man wide open on the pick and roll. I figured Ohio State would adjust to that at half time. Kentucky did a good job keeping the ball away from Deibler. Usually someone is always hitting from outside for the Bucks but not in this game. I thought missed free throws hurt them too. Ohio State will be pretty good next year with basically three starters coming back and a good recruiting class. I will miss watching Deibler, Lighty and Laurdale but look forward to watching next years team.

It was the length of Kentucky that really bothered the Ohio state shooters

And the fact that 4 or 5 of those blocks could have, and probably should have, been called fouls.

That is true about some of the blocks being fouls. As well as a lot of pushing on rebounds. Craft was very disruptive but the way Kentucky players would dribble the ball away from their body brought on some of the turnovers. OSU missed to many shots and free throws to win.
