They deserve higher than 3 but probably won’t even get the 3. Deals with the devil is exactly what it is...
And some coaches may not have talked to a single other coach about seeds. Not that I personally know of one of those or anything.
That’s why we’ll be the 7. lol
😂 true

Probably not since 80% of the coaches have already made their minds up and made their deals with the devil

With a super sectional I think there is too much math involved and too many different coaches wanting different things....I think there will be some silly seeding but I doubt the final seedings are silly.

I am hearing a lot of Sheridan at the 3 though, not sure the legs it has but that could be Boro 4, Waverly 5 with winner to play Warren.

Should be fun regardless

Warren hands down number 1. Sheridan is really, really good. Probably a 3-4.

If all five FAC coaches vote Hillsboro at the 3, the votes should break separate ways enough from there for Hillsboro to get that seed.

I think this year is the hardest to seed besides the 1, because of the random amounts of games that some teams have played.

Like, what do you do with FU? Just by resume alone, they are probably a lower seed. But, have beat LE and are obviously playing better, just have also played less games than some teams have wins.

Sheridan is always an outlier because they don’t play many games against the rest of the district. They get a lot of respect (and they should) but they are usually a bit of an unknown.

No matter what, Warren/Logan Elm/Waverly/Hillsboro/Sheridan are really, really tough. Jackson and Unioto are more than capable, McClain and New Lexington have had great years.

Then, you have FU who is scary. Plus, VC and Athens are typically strong. Oh, then Marietta who pushed Warren twice.

Definitely some potential for upsets. Should be a fun tournament, and may it be COVID-19 free for all.

Quality of wins (Wheelersburg on road, Col Bishop Ready on the road, Fairfield Union on the road), Strength of schedule, Losses: to Wheelersburg-their only loss, 1 loss Heath in double OT, & 13-4 West.
If Waverly is being hammered because of the West loss, Logan Elm should be hammered because of the Fairfield Union loss - West has a better record then FU.
We all know what happened with the West game and Waverly is playing 💯 better now since that loss.

1-3 we’re splitting hairs. Any of the top 7 teams can win the district. I know people are lobbying for the easiest path but there isn’t one

Higher seeds gets the home games.
Maybe Waverly shouldn’t be lobbying for the higher seed, they’ve won the bigger games on the road.

I think Waverly has a similar situation than Unioto. They play in shooters gyms so it’s not necessarily that you guys play better on the road, maybe opposing teams just play better in your gym?

I heard 1 FAC Coach was voting Hillsboro at the 1....lol and no clue why he would do that. No idea how that would help his team’s chances

Quality of wins (Wheelersburg on road, Col Bishop Ready on the road, Fairfield Union on the road), Strength of schedule, Losses: to Wheelersburg-their only loss, 1 loss Heath in double OT, & 13-4 West.
