certainly not with an attitude like that but you could maybe have an influence on the kids that read the drivel on here and will soon be of college age and perhaps tempted with those same types of things as TP et al. Besides, i thought we were talking about college athletes here not pro.gahs4ever wrote:When he showed up last night with the new car and the 30 day tags, he was all but flaunting his disrespect of all things OSU and NCAA. If he had the talent, he might be the most hated athlete in the Buckeye State since James took HIS talents to South Beach.
As for my preaching days, if Billy Sunday couldnt do anything with prohibition and bootleggers in Chicago, I doubt if an old man living in Boondocks, Ohio can have any influence on the morals and ethics of today's pro athletes.
BTW, I lied. I havent been to a pro of DI college game since the early 2000s.
and BTW.... i have NEVER been to a pro game.... wouldn't walk across the street to see one if they gave me a free ticket on the 50 and the last DI college game I went to was in the mid 50s.... at OSU.... Dave Leggett was the QB for OSU.
